We are happy to introduce Holly Arrington as the Executive Director of The Monarch House Assisted Living Community. Holly has been a registered nurse for over 18 years. Beginning her nursing career as a critical care nurse, she eventually transitioned into healthcare management. Holly attended Georgia Southwestern State University. She received her nursing degree from Coastal Georgia State College in Brunswick, Georgia, progressing toward her Masters degree in nursing at the The University of Phoenix. Holly has impressively worked as a critical care float nurse at Southeast Georgia Medical Center in Brunswick, GA, Wake Med Hospital in Cary, NC, Duke University Health System in Durham, NC, and an Overhouse Supervisor at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. She has worked as a RN Case Manager, Director of Operations and Area Vice President for several home health and hospice companies as well as an Administrator for physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers and in house laboratories. She has also owned and operated a certified nurse aide training school. Holly has received numerous certifications in healthcare to include hospice, trauma, critical care and stroke. She is a certified medication aide instructor for the state of Georgia.

Holly literally grew up volunteering in nursing homes and assisted living facilities under the direction of her mother, who has managed these communities and set an example of excellence of care that Holly appreciates and emulates. With years of nursing and leadership training, managerial successes, and a soft heart for seniors, Holly is looking forward to serving this community at The Monarch House.

Holly resides in Newnan with her loving husband Lee. Together, they have five beautiful children, an amazing daughter-in-law and three adorable grandchildren. She enjoys running, working out, gardening, reading and spending time with her family. ​​​​
